• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate X (Twitter)'s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Create multiple accounts to abuse trial periods

5. Subscription and Payment

Our Service offers paid subscriptions:

• Trial Period: New users receive a 3-day free trial
• Subscription Plans: Monthly ($5/month) or Yearly ($50/year)
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your dashboard

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by X Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately:

• If you breach these Terms of Use
• If we believe you are abusing the Service
• For any reason at our sole discretion
• If required by law or law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided upon termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL X MANAGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X Manager from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which X Manager operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
